My wellness journey began my senior year of high school when I stepped away from years of athletics, and into the pursuit of maintaining a physical routine. I discovered a passion for group fitness and weightlifting. I began to feel better than I ever had, so naturally I had to dive deeper. I turned my focus to learning more about overall health, which led to making nutritional changes and focusing on better sleep.
I found myself thriving as a result of my newly discovered lifestyle, and realized my calling was to help others do the same. I entered college with dreams of a career in corporate wellness, but found that it was not yet fully recognized in my area. Seeking to connect with and uplift others, I made the decision to use my creativity and become a hairstylist. The relationships I formed in this role were meaningful and fulfilling. I thoroughly enjoyed making my clients feel their best.
Over the years, my love of movement inspired me to earn my Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certifications.

I came to realize that my passion for helping others realize their full potential never faded. Knowing I needed to follow this calling, I committed to becoming a Health and Wellness Coach, earning my certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  I also earned specialized certifications in Hormone Health and Mindful Eating.  I look forward to serving clients who are looking to make lasting change in their lives!

Hormone Health Certification – In-depth knowledge of how nutrition and lifestyle impact hormonal balance, supporting clients through life stages such as menopause, thyroid health, and metabolic function.

Mindful Eating Certification – Expertise in fostering a balanced, intuitive approach to eating, helping clients build a healthy relationship with food without guilt or restriction.

With specialized training in Hormone Health and Mindful Eating, I help clients navigate the complex connection between food, hormones, and overall well-being. My approach focuses on sustainable habits that support energy, balance, and a positive mindset around nourishment.
