The Quick Win Package (for new clients)
A short-term, low-pressure way to begin. We’ll start with an in-depth initial call to clarify your goals, followed by two focused coaching sessions to help you create momentum and address smaller, short-term changes. It’s ideal if you want to get a feel for the coaching process, explore one or two specific goals, or decide whether longer-term work is the right fit for you.
(For more complex or ongoing goals – like hormone balance, metabolic health, or deeper habit change – continued coaching offers the time and support to go further.)
3-Month Coaching Package
A quick reset to build momentum and see real progress. We’ll focus on what matters most and keep things simple and doable.
6-Month Coaching Package
More time and space to go deeper. We’ll adjust as life happens, work through challenges, and make sure the changes actually stick.
